Wayn Cafe is a Kuwait cafe discovery app that helps people compare cafes by practical needs such as area, work or study fit, quietness, seating, parking, outdoor options, late coffee, specialty coffee, and general vibe.
This Privacy Policy describes the first store-candidate version of Wayn Cafe. That version is a static, read-only cafe discovery app. It does not require an account and does not include production saved cafes, reviews, user-submitted Vibe, corrections, owner tools, or admin tools.
Information we collect
For the first static-snapshot release, Wayn Cafe does not ask you to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information inside the app.
The app displays a curated cafe snapshot and conservative cafe details. Cafe browsing in this release does not require your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
Location
The first static-snapshot release does not request device location permission. Areas, neighborhoods, or map-style discovery surfaces are presented as browsing and decision aids, not as a claim that the app has collected your live location.
If a later version adds location-based features, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are released.
Accounts, saved cafes, reviews, and submissions
The first static-snapshot release does not include production accounts, private saved cafes, public reviews, user-submitted Vibe, corrections, reports, owner tools, or admin tools.
If a later version adds these features, Wayn Cafe will update this policy to explain what information is collected, how it is used, how moderation works where applicable, and how users can request deletion or correction.
Analytics, diagnostics, and third-party services
The current static-snapshot release does not include a dedicated in-app analytics, advertising, or tracking SDK in the app code reviewed for release planning.
App stores, operating systems, or hosting providers may provide platform-level diagnostics, crash reports, download statistics, or security logs according to their own settings and policies. Wayn Cafe will use that information, if available, to maintain app reliability and understand high-level app performance.
How we use information
For the first static-snapshot release, Wayn Cafe uses app content to provide cafe discovery and practical cafe decision support. If platform diagnostics are available, they may be used to fix bugs, improve stability, and protect the service.
Wayn Cafe does not sell personal information.
